Michael Phelps once said, “If you want to be the best, you have to do things that other people aren’t willing to do.”
This is a principle I’ve taken to heart, and as a result it has helped me to realize tremendous success in business, sports, and, most importantly, life.
So far in my life, I’ve built a thriving consultancy, travelled throughout the globe, met world class performers in all disciplines, taken on a variety of awesome challenges, and I’m just getting started.
I’m also a bestselling author and certified personal trainer (NESTA & IYCA) who specializes in peak athletic performance and personal development. It’s my belief that all athletes can be developed to perform at elite level with the proper training program.
Through my focused Athletic Advantage system, I have helped hundreds of young athletes realize significant gains in speed, strength, power, and explosiveness. Nothing makes me happier than to help others.
The things I have accomplished to this point in my life though, have not come easy.
I’ve had more than my share of failures and defeats and have absorbed hard and difficult lessons.
As a young athlete, I didn’t possess any exceptional athletic gifts. However, what I was blessed with was a desire to learn, which helped me to build a peerless work ethic.
Through diligent application, I was able to develop an array of techniques to help maximize my abilities and get the most out of performance levels.
Because I am not blessed with superior genetics of freakish athleticism, but have still achieved incredible results, I know my system works.
All it takes is an open mind to learn and a willingness to take action.
Are you up to the challenge?
